I believe therapy is about having a space to slow down and make sense of difficult emotions. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to have the answers, I meet you where you are and we work together as you begin to make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your inner strengths.
In our work together, you can expect a space that is warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. I will meet you with care and respect, while also supporting you in gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve you.
I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach.
When I’m not in the office, you can often find me doing something crafty, trying a new recipe, or spending time outdoors. These small moments help me stay grounded and present, both personally and professionally.
Whether it is your first time in counseling or not, you may be feeling unsure about the process. I offer a free consultation and would love to talk with you more about any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!
