I believe therapy is about creating space to understand what has been carried for a long time. Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you begin to make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your inner strengths.

In our work together, you can expect a space that is warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. I will meet you with care and respect, while also supporting you in gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve you. Therapy can be a place where healing feels possible even when things have felt dark for a long time.

When I’m not in the office, you can often find me doing something crafty, trying a new recipe, or spending time outdoors. These small moments help me stay grounded and present, both personally and professionally.
