Come Back to Yourself
Telehealth Therapy for Adults in Colorado
Being Human Is Hard Sometimes.
You don't have to wait until you're falling apart to ask for help. Therapy is a place to untangle what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters most, and build a life that feels more meaningful.
There are times when life feels heavy, confusing, or simply exhausting. Maybe you're realizing your past is affecting your present, feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns, struggling to set boundaries or make space for your own needs, or navigating the major identity shifts that come with pregnancy and motherhood. Or maybe nothing is "wrong," but you know you don't feel like yourself anymore. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to wait until you're falling apart to reach out for support.
I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout the state of Colorado who are navigating attachment, complex and childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and the many emotional and identity shifts that can come with pregnancy and motherhood. Therapy offers a space to slow down and pause, take a breath, and begin making sense of what you've been carrying.
You don't need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll untangle what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters most, and help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and connected to yourself.
You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to your needs. Therapy doesn’t have to rush or force change; it can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
You might be here because…
You think your past might be keeping you stuck.
You check in on everybody, but nobody checks in on you.
You find yourself repeating relationship patterns you swore you’d never repeat.
You’ve learned to keep the peace, even when it means ignoring your own feelings.
You love your baby, but being a mom has brought up feelings you weren’t prepared to have.
You want things to feel different, but you’re not sure where to start.
Maybe you don’t know what you need. That’s okay! Come unfinished, and we’ll sift through it together.
