Your Invitation to Pause, Breathe, and Begin Again

There are times when life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. You may be grieving from a huge loss, having trouble managing your overwhelming anxieties, or feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and begin making sense of what you’ve been living through.

I work with clients statewide across Colorado via Telehealth who are navigating various life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship conflict.

I believe therapy is a space for understanding, compassion, and growth. A place where you don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan, just a willingness to show up as you are. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing and work toward feeling more grounded, hopeful, and connected to yourself.

You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to your needs. Therapy doesn’t have to rush or force change, it can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
